When to go

The season runs from late May to early October, with demand peaking from late June to the end of August and around the opening and closing parties. May, June and late September are markedly easier to schedule than July and August, and cheaper for the same aircraft. Winter traffic is light.

Positioning and empty legs

Parking is the constraint in July and August. On a stay of several nights the aircraft often leaves the island and returns to collect you, and those empty sectors are part of the price.
